SCRUBS Local Delivery Policy
SCRUBS offers convenient local delivery in select Atlanta-area locations, providing a seamless and elevated shopping experience for our community.
Local delivery is available Tuesday–Thursday for eligible Atlanta-area orders.
- Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE local delivery.
- Orders under $75 are eligible for local delivery with a $10 delivery fee.
- Same-day delivery orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time.
- Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
Delivery Locations & Access
- Deliveries may be completed to private homes, apartments, secured buildings, and restricted residential areas.
- For gated communities, secured buildings, or restricted-access locations, customers must provide accurate gate codes, entry instructions, or delivery notes at checkout.
- When access inside a gate or secured building is limited, customers may be required to meet the driver at a leasing office, front desk, or designated meeting point.
- SCRUBS reserves the right to determine the safest and most efficient delivery method based on location access and conditions.
Customer Availability
- Customers must be available during the scheduled delivery window.
- A valid phone number is required for delivery coordination.
- Drivers will not wait extended periods for access, gate approval, or customer arrival.
- Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability, incorrect delivery information, or lack of access are non-refundable.
Additional Terms
- Delivery instructions must be provided before the scheduled delivery window.
- SCRUBS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missing gate codes, or incomplete access instructions.
- Delivery fees (when applicable) are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.
